  • Please arrive early for class.
  • All classes are 90 minutes long.
  • Beginning and advanced students welcome.
  • New Students must arrive 15 min. early for sign-up.
  • Bring a bottle of water, a large towel and a yoga mat (available for rent or purchase at the studio).
  • Bring light, form-fitting clothing.
  • Showers and change rooms are available.
  • Come well hydrated on an empty stomach.
  • Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
