Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Bikram Silent (Not for new students)
Not for brand new students - do not attend this as your first class. Please make sure you have attended at least 20 Bikram Yoga 90 minute classes before attending this class. It is a Silent class, everyone moves together without instruction from the teacher. Perfect way to end your week and start your weekend!
