Overton Square instructs the following:
  • Inferno Hot Pilates
  • Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

  • Bikram Silent (Not for new students)
  • Not for brand new students - do not attend this as your first class. Please make sure you have attended at least 20 Bikram Yoga 90 minute classes before attending this class. It is a Silent class, everyone moves together without instruction from the teacher. Perfect way to end your week and start your weekend!

  • Bikram Yoga
  • The original 90 minute hot yoga class. Nothing compares to Bikram Hot Yoga. Come get your sweat on and feel fantastic!

  • WORKSHOP: Food, DIet, Digestion, Ayurveda
  • It's not just what you eat, it's also how you eat, your digestion, sleep, the hidden poison in your food and whatever else comes up. Bring your questions. This will be an informal and educational session. Bring a pen and paper. $20. All the digestive imbalances that we ignore on a daily basis are actually precursors to bigger problems. Ayurveda teaches us that the health of our digestive system is the most important factor for a long and healthy life. What is good digestion? How do you know if you are or aren't digesting your food? What are signs and symptoms of good and not so good digestion? We will talk about these questions along with routines and antidotes that will allow your to digest your current food better.  You may feel immediate results, prevent illness and create a path to a long active life and optimum health!

  • 60 Minutes
  • Your favorite 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, just condensed to 60 minutes. Sweat, stretch, breathe and feel amazing!

  • FREE Inferno Hot Pilates
  • Arrive 20 - 30 minutes early to get your spot. Register online, but the class is first come first serve!   • Master Your Moves: Pilates Alignment Workshop
  • Join your Inferno Hot Pilates instructors for an educational alignment workshop to help you Master Your Pilates moves. Designed to go over spinal articulations, neutral spine, push-ups, bridges, leg work etc ... to make sure you understand your alignment to get the most out of your classes!!
