Overton Square instructs the following:
  • Inferno Hot Pilates
  • Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

  • Bikram Yoga Silent Class
  • Perfect way to end your week and start your weekend! Silent class, not recommended for your first class.

    Posture Seminar - Discover the keys to unlock your potential through an in-depth exploration of the traditional 26 and 2. During this interactive clinic, Craig will reveal the essential elements of the postures to help you sharpen your abilities while identifying common mistakes. Much of the seminar will include Q&A, so please bring your questions to take full advantage of this unique opportunity. The seminar will not be heated.

    Master Class - Complete your experience by putting your new knowledge to work right away! After a short break, Craig will lead a comprehensive, heated class to help you immediately apply and reinforce all the information from the seminar.
